[03/14/18]   So I’ve been on a bit of a social media hiatus from my sweet little business (sorry)... it doesn’t mean I haven’t been learning & growing & travelling & thinking about new & improved tools & ideas to bring you this year!! 😊

Which means, letting you know, where I’m starting & growing. Firstly with the use of more aromatherapy oils again in my massage, through sensory inhalations to topical applications.

Generally I use a neutral wax, but pure aromatherapy (highly concentrated plant oils) is thought to be beneficial in aiding physical & psychological well-being, affecting limbic system (region of brain known to influence the nervous system). And it just smells good! 😊

I always use 100% pure aromatherapy oils & most common oils I use are lavender, peppermint, rosemary, eucalyptus, tea tree, yang ylang, citrus, chamomile... with different enhancing properties including calming, uplifting, decongesting, headache relief etc.

Sometimes I may also use a sports based cream for heating or cooling FYI.

I appreciate not everyone responds the same to sensory stimuli of aromatherapy, so if you are more sensitive to certain oils, plants, smells etc or have specific conditions going on always let me know ✨

And I’ll update more knowledge here in the coming weeks too, regarding specific oils I use and their benefits πŸ™Œ

And extra courses I’m thinking of up-skilling on this year too (more active release/sports techniques, hot stone therapy during winter & more training in Asian style massages including Thai & Shiatsu - coz I love those styles myself too) 😊

Natural Remedy Reference guide...Great chart to keep on hand...!!!

Random Pumpkin grew in the garden, so whipped up a delicioso #pumpkinsoup

SautΓ© garlic & onion (I used rice bran oil)
Add chopped pumpkin & 1 potato
Stir fry till a little crispy golden
Adding thyme, parsley, chilli, S&P, a couple bay leaves & nutmeg.
Cover with a cup of vege stock & boiling water, adding a couple of tomatoes & a dollop of butter for sweetness.
Simmer till veg is soft.
Remove bay leaves.
Blitz in blender.
Serve with garnish of croutons, parsley & pistachios!

Shredding a new path for young girls everywhere.

Maca smoothies... Nom nom x

1/2 banana
Scoop of blueberries
Heaped teaspoon of Macca Powder
Heaped teaspoon of LSA
Top with almond milk
Blitzed goodness


Made a really delicious soup, using up what I had in the fridge last night πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Leek & Kumara Soup

Heat splash of Rice Brain Oil on medium heat in large saucepan.
Add 1 x chopped Onion - cook till translucent.
Add 3 x chopped garlic gloves, tsp chopped fresh ginger & 1 x chopped Leek. Constantly stirring till leeks have softened n fragrant 😊

Sprinkle a tsp of coriander powder and dash of chilli flakes. S&P. Stir and add 2 x chopped Kumara, 2 cups of chicken stock and a cup or 2 of water. Simmer for 15mins until Kumara is soft.

Take off heat, add 1/2 can of Coconut Milk. PurΓ©e Soup in blender & serve with fresh herbs.

Oats made with water & half a handful of raisins, topped with sliced apples, LSA (ground linseeds, sunflower seeds & almonds) & blueberries. Sometimes I'll also add a dollop of natural unsweetened yoghurt...

Hearty, good start to the day & slow burning energy for hours πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘



Roasted, skin off, naturally sweet n delish capsicum. With roasted Portobello mushrooms, topped with goats chΓ¨vre & fresh herbs from the garden (thyme, basil, parsley) 😊 fresh spinach on side πŸ‘Œ

Tonight's dins.... Lightly marinated, bluff salmon (marinade; mama san soy sauce, lime juice, little natural bush honey, ginger) Baked.
Fresh blanched asparagus
Roasted cherry tomatoes
Quick salad of sliced red cabbage, grated ginger, coriander & chives, (out of the garden) 😊
Yum! Xx

Additives, Colourings, Flavourings, Preservatives
*No refined sugar (have you seen 'that sugar film')!
*Really cut back/eliminate if poss, wheat, dairy, red meat...
