It's difficult to find the right words to begin this post. Last week was a truly remarkable experience for us as Katrina attended the TMS Teletrac Navman conference and the accompanying awards night. Amidst the excitement of the event, there was a poignant moment that deeply touched us.

Our beloved founder, Rachel Lehen, was posthumously nominated for the ACC Safety Award, an honour she went on to win. Reflecting on Rachel's tireless dedication to creating Fit For Duty and nurturing its partnerships fills us with immense gratitude and humility. Each time we have the privilege to acknowledge her contributions, it serves as a powerful reminder of her enduring legacy.

The theme for this year's World Sleep Day is Sleep Equity for Global Health.
Sleep is essential to health, but measurable differences in sleep health persist across populations around the world.

Fit For Duty works to reduce sleep inequalities by advocating for workplace policies that promote work-life balance, including flexible working hours. We prioritise educating our workforce about sleep and fatigue.
