my dose each week has been 0.5mg
I still have and will eat 3-4 meals a day with snacks in between.

After 12 months of starting I was able to leave my job, doubled my income from my 9-5 job through covid and was able to put a deposit on a house from being dead broke those 12 months earlier! (I used my life savings to invest and went all in!)

I believe every woman has an innate desire to grow, to fully tap into her potential and has MAGIC to give to this world that kinda so desperately needs it 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s just that leadership she has within that unlocks it…

when we decided to step into high ticket sales we actually had to make a big decision… to leave behind the income we had poured our heart and soul into and have it cut overnight to step into something much bigger… often we don’t want to let go of something when we have it good and often we keep pushing the very thing holding us down… success doesn’t happen through the absence of fear though.
it happens through the perseverance of it.

talia started in her in-laws basement at the time. I watched her have what she built stripped bare from her and really started from the ground up. this girl fkn WENT for it!

It gave me the courage to do the same… I knew deep down if I couldn’t let go of what wasn’t going to take me forward I’d never get there.
It’s actually been wild to see our journeys over the last how many years now.

If we haven’t met hey I’m Lourissa and this is my friend talia who introduced me to online sales and opened my eyes to how much freakin money could be made!
I was blown away in my first 9 months I did my first $XX, # # # week in my first 12 months I was able to leave my job put a deposit on a house and have since shown hundreds of ppl how to make thousands alongside their full time jobs and also ultimately leave and out earn their jobs!

hey if we haven’t met, my names Lourissa - I used to work at McDonald’s, and worked in an office for YEARS but wanted out! I wanted to have time to myself, not have to rush off to work… and ultimately look after myself and have the freedom to do what I loved without restriction of a capped paycheque and spending 80% of my week at work 😓
It took me 12 months before I was able to replace my income with remote sales - I was able to stay at home, not wake upto a 6am alarm (the way my nervous system and body got the well deserved rest it needed!) I was able to express and be get paid for being ME - it’s crazy how much fear we as women will have around being seen… I was able to put a deposit on a house within one month of earnings at month 10!

Life changed massively… it wasn’t easy though, it took for me to be really rooted in here ❤️ and be bold in exactly what I wanted… something I think a lot of us women can struggle with!

This isn’t just a ‘let’s make $ online!’ This is for the women ready for a whole identity shift and transformation- I do not work with women who are here for shallow work (yes I’m going to be ballsy and say it!) because your worth much more than that… and this just isn’t a shallow business at that either.

I’ve found a home at the gym here, and am actually feeling perhaps a trip back to bali to train, eat good, pep up for a couple months a year. The best place to do it.
grateful to even be able to chose to do so…

getting better and fast. If your looking for a good gym to start Muay Thai I so recommend kruchain he’s such a cool and funny coach his gym is here in Wellington just wish it wasn’t so far away from me 😭

“I don’t wanna lose too much weight cos I’ll lose my bum” when you lose weight you don’t delete the source of the fat from your body.
All weight gain is, is fat cells expanding.
All weight loss is, is fat cells contracting.
Where your fat is situated on your body doesn’t move anywhere (unless you get a fat transfer)
So your body will still have same composition it naturally has just depends how and where you have the fat most will obvs change as you lose and gain weight 🙂

I learned this from a fat transfer. lol. And how lipo works!
