Our Samoan Trinitario cocoa beans are also amongst the highest quality beans that can be found. Unspoiled by large country modernisation, we endeavour to share with the world our pure organic cocoa beans, grown on natural soil, tended by local family farmers. Unlike alot of other cocoa producing countries, Samoa does not have to deal with some of the social, political and ethical issues associated with cocoa farming and production, thus making our cocoa beans an excellent choice for chocolate producers around the world.
