Until now Drinkers, you have known and loved Nomu for matcha sourced from within Uji and the wider KyĹŤto Prefecture.
The matcha shortage, paired with the demand for Nomu Matcha, has encouraged us to expand our sights beyond KyĹŤto and while supply was constrained, it was a blessing, introducing us to more epic blends, more epic partners and more epic things for Nomu.
After asking thousands of you in our latest survery, we heard your requests: new blends, new cultivars, new flavour profiles and new innovation.
So that’s why we’re here in Japan, meeting producers and tasting different regional profiles because: we’re expanding. Of course, our OG Supplier will remain an integral part of who we are and will continue to supply the blends you know and love.
But there will be regions. More suppliers. More flavour profiles. More Nomu blends to come.
All so you never have to drink a s**t matcha again
