WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT ON 4TH MAY

We have been noticing how the cold weather in Auckland really changes our energy… things become a bit slower, heavier, more internal, and joy can feel a little less accessible in everyday life.

This reflection is what inspired us, together with Art Yoga, to create JOY, a full-day retreat on 9th May in Mission Bay 🌻

We’ve designed it as a space to reconnect with aliveness, movement, creativity, presence, and genuine connection through 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.

It was truly an honor to hold this space and to witness the energy that unfolded throughout the evening. There was something profoundly special in the room… a sense of openness, trust, and genuine connection.

To see touch offered with such presence, love, and care was deeply moving. Each interaction carried intention, softness, and respect, transforming simple gestures into something meaningful and alive.

Thank you for showing up with your hearts, your curiosity, and your willingness to explore. You co-created a space that felt safe, beautiful, and deeply human.

On April 22, we gather for Awakening the Elements – A Ta***ic Journey Through Conscious Touch 🌿🔥💧🌬

This is an evening to discover how touch can become meditation when offered with presence, awareness, and no agenda.

Through Earth, Fire, Water, and Air, we explore how different qualities of touch awaken unique sensations, emotions, and inner landscapes within the body.

A safe, fully guided space where touch becomes a language of connection, devotion, and deep listening.

Lately, we’ve been reflecting on how joy is not something to chase… but something the body remembers when given the space to truly feel it. 🌻✨

We are not speaking about surface-level happiness.

From this vision, JOY was born — a full-day retreat taking place on 9th May in Mission Bay, created as a special collaboration between Sundari Temple and Art Yoga
