Losing weight can be a fight for some people. Pero for others, it feels like an endless battle.

I’ve never been this heavy before. I’ve gained weight, lost some, and gained again. And somehow, people thought that gave them the right to bully me.

Maybe it was easy for them because I’m too kind. Because I don’t fight back. Because I used to be so sorry for my insecurities.

But not anymore.

2026 is different.

This year, I’m choosing myself.I’m choosing discipline, confidence, and silence over explanation.

My mantra for 2026:

Become the dark feminine version of me —strong, unbothered, and impossible to break
