There’s something sacred about the slow seasons.
The pace softens.
The pressure lifts.
And in the quiet, creativity finds room to stretch.
I’m using this time to pour into the projects that make my heart race. The kind that take time, intention, and a little bit of dreaming.
It’s not always about the hustle.
Sometimes, the magic is in the stillness.
In finding beauty in the not-so-busy.
In trusting that growth is still happening, even here.
“What if my kids don’t behave?”
It’s one of the most common worries I hear from parents, so let me share my thoughts on it 🤍
I get it. You want the experience to feel calm, joyful, and… worth it.
But here’s something I always gently remind my families:
Your child doesn’t need to sit still.
They don’t need to follow instructions perfectly.
They don’t need to “perform.”
They just need to be themselves - and that’s exactly what I make space for.
Kids respond to the energy around them, so when you feel relaxed and at ease, they usually follow.
Because the real magic?
It’s not in the poses - it’s in the pauses.
The moments in between 🌸
