A great weekend, lots of different healers an modalities to have a feel for and find what resonate best for you.

I will be offering short 30 min Session both Saturday and Sunday, come down, have a try, and make a nice day/ weekend out of it.

I wanted to share a small shift in how my weeks are shaping up 🌿
so you know exactly where and how to book in with me.

🌿 My home studio (my main space)
This is where I spend most of my time and where my practice is truly rooted.

Tucked away in the trees, surrounded by birdsong and the gentle sound of the stream, it’s a quiet, nature-centred space away from the noise of town.

A place to slow down, unwind, and fully reconnect with your body.
I deeply love welcoming you here and witnessing how the body begins to soften and release in this environment.

🏡 Home visits
I also continue offering home visits for those who prefer to receive treatment in their own space, have transport limitations, or simply wish to stay in that deep state of rest afterwards.

For those who usually see me here, I will now have a set day every Monday, as well as a couple of late Tuesday evening appointments available for added flexibility.

Each space supports you in a different way, but the intention remains the same — helping you release tension, support your body, and feel more at ease within yourself 🤍

We’ve been in autumn for a little while now, but for me, summer has only just ended… and as I look back, I’m thinking — what a summer it’s been.

I feel so grateful for this land I call home and all it provides: food, shade, water, solar power, space, peace, grounding…

I also had the chance to welcome my family here for Christmas and share with them some of the beautiful gems we have all around us in the Far North.

And I had the pleasure of being part of so many festivals and events as a healer, sharing my massages. So many of you came to see me over summer — whether at these events, at the spa, or in my home studio.

In the midst of it all, I learned an important lesson.

Life was very full — long days, full weekends, clients in between events, tending to the land, being with the animals, renovations, and trying to do it all. I kept telling myself, “Just push through until the end of March, then you can rest.”

But the truth is, a few times during that stretch, my body told me otherwise. It asked me to slow down, to rest, to listen. Nothing serious — just a tired body and mind asking for care.

And I’m proud of myself for listening. For choosing rest when I needed it, instead of pushing through.

So now, as we move into these slower, cooler months, I want to gently remind you to listen to your body too. It speaks to you — and the more we ignore it, the louder it gets.

Pushing through doesn’t make us stronger or more productive. It often just drains us until we have no choice but to stop.

Thank you so much for your support, your kind words, and your trust. It truly means a lot.

I’m feeling recharged, fully here, and looking forward to seeing many of you over the coming months — supporting your wellbeing journey, helping you reconnect, reset, and feel your best.

Just wrapped up two very busy weeks — two festivals back to back, with studio massage in between.

Taking my little massage studio on the road, meeting new people, and supporting tired bodies after lots of dancing and long, joy-filled days has been wonderful. Helping people find relief, soften, and drop some of the pressure while they fully enjoy their weekend. And this view, right on the lake was just perfect!

It’s been hard work, and also full of music, connection, smiles, and happy people leaving my table a little lighter than when they arrived. I really love changing my environment and exploring new spaces with my massage table.

I’m home now for a few weeks and back to regular sessions as usual.
Looking forward to seeing familiar faces — and welcoming new ones — in the studio.
