I'm drying local strawflowers for my daughter's wedding so added some outcasts to a flower candle as a gift. So pretty.. likely flammable though. If you have bought flowers from me please remember to remove from the stem to burn if they are on a skewer stem & ideally place in a candle jar. Always supervise! Otherwise they are likely to be good fire starters!! π₯π₯

Well that was a good day. Met really nice people and may not have made a million but made my way & got to exchange for some beautiful items. So many lovely goods and creative local talentβ¨οΈ thanks to Jo & her creative daughter from Mosster garden for great company & spare signs, Gillian Marment and Maya for their friendly help & Stewart too π.. & the buyers & chatters of course!! Packing up the Golden candles, scented with frankincense & myrrh. Ok they are a bit more yellow than last year but they are still divine π reminiscent of the Chistmas story πͺ
So, our lawyer said she would prefer to see the stalks done in ribbon. She loved the aroma of hers so much she won't burn it but will keep it in her drawer to scent her clothes. Nice! Here are some French vanilla on ribbon π
Ata mΔrie π€. Been working on the stalk for the flowers on this unusual bauble candle. Yes, it's weird but a nice way to use up harakeke from past projects. I don't know if there is a hashtag for this π€£π€£ . Loving Josiah's music on soundcloud πΆ

Waiting for wicks. The flowers are getting better with the soy blend but I need a longer drill bit!
So I was asked if I will be making more Golden β¨οΈ frankincense and myrrh candles for Christmas. Yes, but I got a bit distracted π & now we have flowers π. Hopefully, I can improve my technique for the upcoming market. It's a bit messy in my workspace - I've been boxing up
