Happy Wednesday, it's midweek of week, what is one thing you find helps calm your mind, or help you find joy?..
I love getting out in nature, it reminds me to breathe, centre myself, be present, remind myself what joy there is out there.
I love grounding myself by walking barefoot on the sandy beach, or walking in the bush listening to nature feeling the energy of the trees.....hope you enjoy these colours of Hawkes Bay.
