I just want to start by thanking my friends who’ve already followed this page—it really means a lot as I take this step into turning something I’ve always loved into a part-time business.

Massage has been part of my life since I was 21, when I bought my first table. For years it was just a hobby, but last year I completed my diploma in massage therapy and began offering sessions part-time as I also work towards my personal training certificate. Growing up I played a lot of sport, and now, in my 30s, living with a spinal issue, I’ve learnt first-hand the importance of looking after the body. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others manage pain, tension, and recovery.

Hastings & Havelock North (+$10 travel fee)

Sports massage & neck/shoulder focus for busy people

I bring everything (table/chair, towels, oils)—you just provide a little space

Optional red-light therapy for muscle strains or inflammation
