Conscious Early Learning
Nervous system, burnout and conscious caregiving for cycle-breaking parents and educators.
Resilience in children isn’t built by watching us stay calm all the time.
It’s built when they see us lose it…and then come back, take responsibility, anf repair with self compassion.
That’s how they learn that mistakes don’t end connection, they deepen it.

START HERE - If you’re raising or supporting children
Hi - I’m Sarah 👋
I created Conscious Early Learning to support the parents, grandparents, and early childhood educators who are quietly carrying a lot.
The ones who:
• snap… and then feel guilty
• shut down when the chaos gets too loud
• try to stay calm, but don’t always know how
• want to respond with connection instead of control
I worked in early childhood education for a decade and now I’m a nervous system and conscious caregiving coach. Through both the ECE centre and my own parenting journey, I’ve seen how often behaviour - in children and adults - is driven by stress responses, not conscious choices.
Most of us were never taught how our nervous system works. We were just told to “be patient”, “stay calm”, or “manage behaviour”.
But calm grows when your system is resourced - not when you force yourself to cope.
Here I share practical, body-based tools you can use in real life:
✔️ to regulate yourself before reacting
✔️ to support children through big emotions
✔️ to understand fight, flight, freeze and fawn
✔️ to break reactive cycles at home or in the classroom
This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about building capacity.
If you’re raising or supporting children and want to feel more calm, connected, and confident in how you respond… you’re in the right place ♥️
