While it’s happening at the other end, just a wee heads-up:
• It’s one way only at the moment
• You can’t exit back to Stoke via Salisbury Road (it’s closed once you hit Waimea College)
• Please allow a little extra time so you’re not stress-sweating on the way to your appointment 😅

To our valued clients,
From 1 April 2026, we will be introducing a $60 deposit for all foil, colour, and chemical services at the time of booking.

Over the past year, we’ve experienced an increased number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Unfortunately, these appointments have a significant impact on our small business, as the time cannot usually be refilled at short notice and we often turn away other clients who would have loved those appointments.

This deposit policy will apply to all clients booking these services. Our goal is to protect our time, keep the salon running smoothly, and maintain a positive, stress-free environment for both our clients and our team.

We completely understand that times are tough for many people right now. If something comes up, a quick call or message goes a long way — communication really helps us help you.

Deposit policy:
💥Deposits are non-refundable.

💥You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

💥No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

This is a change we’ve tried to avoid, but it’s a necessary step to ensure we can continue operating and serving our community long-term.

In addition, from 1 April 2026, there will be price increases on most services. Rising fuel and supplier costs mean we must adjust our pricing to keep up with these increases.

We truly appreciate your ongoing support and understanding. Supporting small business means more than you know, and we’re grateful to each and every one of you.
