I’m always careful about what products I bring into the clinic, and this one came about after trying it for myself!

My skin had been feeling really dull and dry, so I purchased the Ārke Skin Discovery Set to see what all the fuss was about, after just one week, I was sold!

A little parking note for your next visit to In2Shape.

Now that we’re settling into our new location, I just wanted to share a quick note about parking to help keep things running smoothly.

Where possible, we kindly ask that you park on the road and enjoy the short walk down the driveway to In2Shape. This helps avoid congestion and keeps the driveway clear.
However, please don’t worry if:
You’re unable to comfortably walk the distance, its raining or
you have a late-night appointment and it’s dark, in these situations, you are more than welcome to drive down and park in front of the silver double shed. There is room for 2+ vehicles, so please just park mindfully and leave enough space for another car where possible.

As In2Shape is located at our home, we also really appreciate you helping us maintain a little separation between business and family life. We kindly ask that clients don’t park around the front of the house and use the designated In2Shape parking area instead by the silver double garage.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping make our new location work.
I want you to feel comfortable when you visit, so if you need to drive down and park closer for any reason, please do, that’s exactly what the parking area is there for.

Not great news, but so proud of Lila ♥️♥️

Today I was devastated.

In my very first race at the BMX World Championships, I had a crash on the home straight. I picked myself up, picked my bike up, and made sure I crossed the finish line.
Mum has always told me, "No matter what happens, always finish your race."

I really wanted to keep racing, but after being checked over by the medical team, I wasn't cleared to continue and had to head to a nearby medical centre for X-rays.

I cried more because I couldn't keep racing than I did because of the pain.

The good news is that nothing is broken! I have a really bad sprain with lots of swelling and bruising, but Mum is taking good care of me.

I'm so grateful to every single person who has supported me and helped me get to the World Championships. I have felt so loved throughout this whole journey, and I can't thank you all enough.

Even though today didn't go the way I dreamed it would, there is always next year... and I'm already hungry for more!

I made sure I got back just in time to watch the finals. Wow... there are some incredibly talented riders out there.

Congratulations to everyone who competed, you were amazing!

Thank you again to everyone who believed in me and cheered me on. This experience has only made me more determined to come back stronger.
