Hi Everyone, I have had my carpel tunnel op ✋ Thought I'd let you all know healing well. I'm right handed and that was the hand that I had done. It's been quite a tough year for my wee business like many others covid limitations slowed things down. I have also trained in that time in Suna Pilates mat and my business partner and I will start classes early in the year. Watch this space.
