We’re a finalist baby!! 🏆
So excited to share the news that I’ve made it as a finalist for THREE different awards with Prologic 🥹
And when I say I, I mean you because I wouldn’t have made it without your love and support since I brought Prologic into the studio.
Can’t wait to meet the rest of the Prologic family in Christchurch for the awards night 17th October 🤎

And just like that… I’m officially CLOSED until 20th October while I head overseas for a cheeky little holiday 🥂✨
I’ll be switching off, soaking it all up and not answering emails or messages while I’m away (sorry, not sorry 😂).
I’ll be back on the 20th, refreshed and ready to get back to all things Skin & Soul

Good skin, good brows, good food, fresh flowers, team time & plenty of little moments worth remembering.
A little month that was from the studio + everything in between ✨
A 15 minute skin treatment in 5 minutes ✨
I go over how I treat my skin when I’ve been neglecting it and breaking out.
Because the truth is… even as a skin therapist, sometimes my skin gets put on the back burner too!
And when the breakouts start showing up, I don’t throw everything at it. I go back to basics, calm the inflammation, support my barrier and give my skin what it actually needs.

A little spice for a lot of gain 🩸
Microneedling can look a little dramatic when treating acne scarring, but the pinpoint bleeding settles almost straight away.
The goal is controlled trauma to slowly rebuild, strengthen and encourage new collagen to rebuild new skin from the bottom up!
