As a dairy farmer and now builder I used to rely heavily on energy drinks. Since getting fully into young living oils I’ve traded them in for this little bottle!
Now I feel great without the highs AND LOWS that come with all the nasty stuff those drinks have in them! And this actually supports my body’s functions. Love En-R-Gee oil!

Having the oils shelf next to the stove can be a good or a dangerous thing. Was experimenting with pancake flavours on Saturday morning.
Verdict:
Lemon oil pancakes- yum
Cinnamon bark oil pancakes- yum but careful on quantity.
Frankincense oil pancakes- 😂 no I didn’t try that one.

Had a win today. Cleaned out my van for the summer. Used thieves cleaner on everything but after wards the dash and console looked all dry and dull. So I looked up a guys oils page and tried an experiment. I got some olive oil and put a couple drops of northern lights black spruce, Idaho blue spruce and pine in it and polished the dash and console. Came up awesome.
I know I know floor still needs some attention

This week marks an amazing achievement. I’m now 3 years into my young living journey starting off as a 100% skeptic and telling my wife they are just placebos and aromatherapy is for hippies. To now being a fully sold out EO Bro. And this week I can officially say I’m chemical free!!!!!!! (At home) finally switched to the mountain mint deodorant and shutran bar soap. (There are so many products I use now but these were the last 2 holdouts from being chemical free)
It’s crazy to think where I’ve come from and the things I used to say to my friends who used young living, to now being someone who uses somewhere between 10-30 young living products a day. More then my wife even.
A big thank you to my wife Jeni Beattie for buying our first starter kit and not pushing me but gently encouraging me to become chemical free. Thanks to the EO Bros for giving guys a place to use oils freely and promote health and wellness in men and thank you LWN community for your tips, tricks and advice on how to live out this oily journey.

Smoked some chicken last night on the Weber. Marinated it for 24 hours with a concoction of things and I added 2 drops of black pepper, 2 of thyme and 2 or oregano essential oils. Was so moist and beautiful flavours.
