Kaseycakes

Hey soapy friends and whanau, I'm just slapping this down here to let you know that I'm finding it hard to stay ahead of my soap making (as you may have noticed when I have so much out of stock every market).
I have also been priced out of making my main recipe in the last 2 months with the current price of Olive oil 3 times what it was in January, and no guarantee of when Olive oil around the world will be more afforable. Anyhoo all of this means I won't be able to make markets or online sales for a while, I'm not sure at all what the future looks like but I will have to wait and see what olive oil does around the world OR change my recipe which will require time (who the heck has that?- if you know someone with spare time can they lend me some please😆), and an experimentation process. So I'm going to put kaseycakes ON HOLD until this summer and see where things are at. (stop crying people it's not goodbye forever!)
Until then I'll still visit the markets and support local!

Great Day #1 at Tirau Markets

We're back tomorrow in the Memorial Hall, Tirau from 9am -2pm

All the usual suspects (Plants, Baking, Up-cycling, Creations, Art, Health & Wellbeing...)
