We make our toothpastes with completely natural products and they vary a small amount by batch as natural organic products do. If you find the paste firmer than you like simply add a teaspoon of hot water and mix in with the back of a teaspoon. This is also helpful if you have a cold bathroom. We dont add emulsified liquids and deliver a concentrated toothpaste. Expect a jar to last at least 3 months.
This BBC 2 short documentary looks at ultraprocessed foods and the effect on the human body.. The real surprise is at the end where they clearly demonstrate the link between these chemical foods and the new addictive pathways that are created in the brain worsening the problem...
whats the answer?.. get the chemicals out of your food, and eat naturally..
Get the chemicals out of your mouth from commercial toothpastes and only use natural SLS and soap free pastes.. just like we make :)

Many people are not aware that most toothpaste is primarily water and soapy gels. At M and M we dont use more than 5% water in our mix and our toothpaste is a real concentrate.
Each jar will last at least 3 months of normal use. In winter if you have a cold bathroom the paste can firm up.
To soften simply add a teaspoon of hot water and stir in with the back of the spoon. A soft creamy texture will result with a win for all.

If you are looking for something to do with your empty jars check out this funky receipe.. Fennel is in season now so its an easy choice......
Fragrant Fennel Fronds Pesto
If you have ever wondered just what to do with those fennel fronds, fennel leaves, fennel tops or fennel greens once you have used up the bulb, then this lush Fennel Fronds Pesto is for you. Just a handful of ingredients and you have a completely delicious and freezer friendly pesto to use wherever you would use a normal pesto.
Prep Time10 mins
Total Time10 mins
Ingredients
• 1 cup toasted walnuts
• 3 cups loosely packed fennel fronds
• 1 lemon juiced
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 cup olive oil (plus extra)
Instructions
1. Toast the walnuts over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, or until they start to turn a nice golden brown colour. Set aside to cool.
2. Add the walnuts, fennel fronds, lemon juice, garlic and salt to a food processor. Add in half of the olive oil and pulse or blend until incorporated. Continue blending while slowly pouring in the rest of the olive oil and desired consistency is reached (you may need to add in a little more olive oil or water 1 tsp at a time if you prefer it thinner)
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for later use
Notes
This freezes really well. Just pop it in a small airtight container (I use mini mason jars for perfect portioning) and pop in the freezer until ready to use. Let thaw overnight in the fridge.
