It's weird how people are surprised when products with natural ingredients work well, while it's a minimum expectation from synthetic drugs.

It had to wait in line while the pain & mobility products were being produced and actually I'd forgotten how excellent it is.
I did a slight reformulation to make it a bit creamier and smoother. Bringing together the best of moringa healing power and nutrient and barrier strength of grass fed tallow.

This is presently my favourite shoulder & upper back stretch. I get super stiff. Always have done.
Context: I've been hugely into fitness & physical strength since I was very young. I was a personal trainer for quite a few years, an aerobics instructor back in the day & track athlete before that.
For me, working out is the foundation of feeling OK - but importantly, it's the foundation for being better than OK when you get older.
Trust me, those retirement village hospitals do NOT encourage or assist their residents to remain strong. I came to call the 'physios' Physio-Nos becauise they ALWAYS said no to any suggestions.
For this particular stretch, you lie face down - in this image just with your arms extended but I put yoga blocks under my upper arms.
It's like a reset of your upper body & central nervous system.
It was uncomfortable at first, but yesterday evening I all but fell asleep in this position.
It clears your mind & relaxes your upper body.
I put the two new MoveWell products on the image because those help relax the muscles & get you part way there. Magnesium is handy like that.
