Hey 👋 it been a hot minute!! Have just been recovering from wisdom teeth extraction and now back in The Hut massaging this week.

Massage aims to flush cortisol (our stress hormone) and stimulate the happy hormones in our brain instead. As your breathing slows down during treatment, naturally your blood pressure will begin to drop as well. Which plays a large role in de-stressing.
