Who said we skipped the gym on girls weekend? 💪😂
Today’s workout:
Repeatedly lifting our alcoholic beverages to our lips. 🍹🥂
Excellent form. High reps. Very committed athletes.
Hydration was questionable.
Technique was flawless.
And somehow we’re already feeling the burn. 😂
Girls weekend antics — because 16 kids are at home with their dads and WE ARE OFF DUTY. 🙌🍸

🍒 HIGH CHEEKBONE BLUSH — LESS IS MORE!
Today we’re talking blush placement for mature skin… and also demonstrating exactly what happens when you get a little too enthusiastic. 😂🙈
I’m using BlushSense in Cherry and let me tell you — she is PIGMENTED. 🍒
So I may have done a tiny bit of a piss-take to show you what happens when you go in with WAY too much. Because nobody wants to arrive at the BBQ, party or gala looking like they’ve spent six hours in the sun with no SPF. 😂☀️
The trick?
✨ Start LIGHT.
✨ Place your blush high on the cheekbone, sweeping upward toward the temple.
✨ Then slowly layer until you reach your desired colour.
For those of us with more mature faces, higher blush placement can be incredibly flattering. Rather than placing colour lower on the apples of the cheeks, which can visually draw the face downward, keeping it higher helps create a more lifted, sculpted appearance.
And remember… you can ALWAYS add more.
Taking Cherry off after you’ve painted yourself like a tomato? Slightly more challenging. 😂🍅
LESS IS MORE, ladies!

People ask me how I manage 7 kids, a business and life…
I don’t.
Coffee does. ☕😂
Before school runs, makeup, orders, content, washing, feeding small humans and whatever other chaos the day decides to throw at me…
There is coffee.
Lots of coffee.
At this point I’m fairly certain Glow with Tessa is powered by caffeine and questionable amounts of sleep. 😂
Tell me I’m not alone — what’s getting YOU through the week? ☕👇

SAVE THIS ONE 👀✨ — we’re lifting those eyes!
If you’re over 40 and your eyeshadow just doesn’t seem to sit the way it used to… sometimes it’s not the product.
It’s the placement.
Today we’re using a simple outer V technique to help create a more lifted eye — and I’ve broken it down picture by picture so you can swipe through, save it and come back to it when you’re doing your own makeup.
And yes… halfway through it looks ROUGH. 😂
That’s makeup! It doesn’t need to look pretty while we’re getting there.
No complicated palette.
No six different brushes.
No makeup artist skills required.
Just draw it. blend it. done. 🤎
