I often close my eyes, to feel more internally, to sense what is going on.

My senses can get overwhelmed if I try to do too many things at once.

You may notice when massaging I find it challenging to attend to your body when I'm talking.

There is an inner peace that arrives through feeling and sensing, a practice that cannot be explained, only truly experienced. Inside.

It may not be yoga that brings that inner peace. It may be a cup of tea in the sunshine, listening to the birds and sounds around.

It warms our being.

It nurtures our soul.

It listens to the grief we hold.

It gives us space to breathe...

So maybe touch IS healing...

Exposing the light to the darkness, and shining through the water speckled. While peering through the trees and enchanting the magic beyond what the naked eye can see...

It takes time to really see...

To observe...

To feel what we see. To listen what we see....

With immense beauty and thankful of being.

Filling my heart with warmth and my soul with a sense of meaning and purpose.
