This project offers an individual residential house for a family.

The house consists of two buildings: for active spending time and a separate building with bedrooms. The buildings tend to be rectangles in terms of their shape, and have an irregular contour. The height to the ceiling is variable due to the curvature of the roof.

The ground floor area is divided into 3 zones: a technical and household area with rooms for staff, a day zone and a bedroom zone. The technical and household part includes the following rooms: battery room, furnace room, hall with kitchen equipment, bathroom and two bedrooms for staff, corridor, inventory room. The day zone consists of the following rooms: an entrance hall, a corridor, a guest bathroom, a laundry room, a hall, a kitchen, a dining area, a pantry in the kitchen. The first and second floors are connected by a two-step staircase.

The second floor is only in the sleeping block. It includes the following rooms: an office and a terrace attached to it, a terrace that unites two buildings

Modern single family house on the shore. The object is located in a picturesque place not far from the city of Kiev, on the banks of the Dnieper River. Large panoramic glazing allows you to connect the interior with the beauty of the environment as much as possible, and at the same time dissolve the house thanks to endless reflections. A fountain is installed at the main entrance, thanks to the sound of falling water, the effect of the immediate proximity of the reservoir is enhanced.
