Tolentino Jr. entitled "An Ordinance Requiring The Recognition Of Health Care Proxies By All Health Facilities Within The Province of Aklan".

The Anti-Discrimination Ordinance of Aklan mandates all educational and learning institutions in the province to develop gender-inclusive policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and equitable learning environment for all students.

This involves creating policies that address SOGIE, while also actively combating gender-based discrimination and violence.
