WARNING TO THE PUBLIC! BEWARE!

Please be warned of the WELLNESSVILLE team offering to manage your Spa on a profit sharing agreement for a period of time but on false pretenses, insidious words, and machinations.

In May of 2024, we posted in relevant chat groups of our intent to sell the rights of our spa, albeit with a heavy heart, as we successfully ventured into another business undertaking, leaving us little time to manage our spa.

As we were considering several lump sum offers to compensate for incurred renovation, equipment, and furniture and fixture investments, WELLNESSVILLE team representatives offered a seemingly win-win solution for us to maintain and manage our spa at the same time. They proposed a six-month management deal on a 70-30 profit sharing agreement, while covering all incurred utilities (water and electricity) and rental payments, to which we readily agreed to, thereby waiving all other offers from other interested parties.

We proceeded to operate the partnership on June 1, 2024, trusting the WELLNESSVILLE team’s commitment and promise for transparency and accountability through regular financial and operational reports and meetings along the way.

However, after twelve working days, the WELLNESSVILLE team abruptly and unilaterally ceased operations due to their own internal issues. To date, after exhausting all efforts to communicate and demand accountability from the WELLNESSVILLE team, they have refused to return the key of the spa, remit the agreed upon proportionate costs of utilities (water and electricity) and rental, and more so the share of earnings for the said period of time.

This has left us incurring material financial damage and left with little options as to the future of our spa and our financial standing.

Mag-iingat po kayo sa WELLNESSVILLE team na mag-aalok sa inyong Spa na i-manage ito at sa kasunduang hatian ng kita, ngunit mayroon palang mga patagong intensyon, mapanlinlang na mga salita, at manipulasyon.

Nuong nakaraang Mayo 2024, nag-post kami sa mga iba’t-ibang chat group ng intensyon namin ipasalo ang amin spa, kahit mabigat po sa aming damdamin, ngunit dahil na rin sa pag-unlad ng isa pa namin munting negosyo, nawalan kami ng sapat na panahon na matutukan ang aming spa.

Marami naman nagpakita ng interes sa pagsalo at nag-aalok ng halagang pera at ibang pamamaraan ng pagbayad, kung para lang sa pagbawi namin sa halaga ng ginastos sa pag-aayos ng pwesto, at pagbili ng mga gamit at kasangkapan. Subalit sa kalagitnaan ng lahat ng mga ibang alok, lumapit po ang WELLNESSVILLE Team ng alok na 70-30 hatian (sa amin ang 30) at sagot nila ang tubig at kuryente. Ang inaalok na kasunduan ay tatagal ng anim (6) na buwan at maaraing palawigin pag nagkasundo.

Sa madaling salita kami po ay pumayag, sa kagustuhan naming huwag din mawala ang spa, at iniabot ang mga susi at nagsimula na sila magpatakbo ng aming spa ng June 1, 2024. Umasa kami sa tapat na usapan at ang kanilang pangako ng transparency at regular na reporting ng financial at operational na mga bagay.

Ngunit makalipas ng labindalawag (12) araw, tila nagbago ang ihip ng hangin at sila ay nag text lamang na hindi na tutuloy. Hanggang sa mga sandaling eto, hindi na kami kinausap ng personal, hindi po nag bigay ng kaukulang report na sinasabi paturing sa financial at operational na mga bagay, hindi isinauli ang susi, at hindi din binayaran ang nagamit na kuryente at tubig. Makailang ulit namin pinilit kausapin at tawagan, ngunit wala pong silang sagot maging sa aming sulat na ipinadala.

Dahil po dito kami po ay nasadlak sa mga bayarin na hindi namin napakinabangan at malaki ang pwerhuwisyo sa aming financial standing.

Kaya mag-iingat po ang lahat sa WELLNESSVILLE Team na pinangungunahan ni MR. ROCKY TAYABAN, at ANDY ALCANTARA at baka kayo ay malinlang kagaya ng aming sinapit.
