If there's only one aspect you should give importance to it's Attitude. A person with an excellent attitude may lack some talent but can beat those who are gifted if the gifted refuses to go to work. Skills are just as important but if your attitude poses a threat to your own success then your skills are futile. Remember that attitude not aptitude is what influences you more to become successful.
