Personalizing my Meal based on My Mood and Need😱
I Love Colorful things so I made it with my Meal for today😍
Again this meal is Personalize base on my Present Health Condition okay?💁♀️
If kayo ay my Present Health issue like Diabetes specifically ‼️ Corn and Carrots ‼️ is not adviseable since it is considered as HIGHCARB👌
My fried rice is consist of the ff:
2tbsp Shirataki rice
Scrambled egg
2tbsp of corn which is basically nasa 2.9gnet carbs
2tbsp of carrots which is nasa 1g net carb approximately
With minced Garlic and Onions season with salt and pepper and i used coconut oil in cooking ✅
For my extra protein I added 1 boiled egg 🥚
Extra cucumber 🥒 for fiber🤗
For my drinks ✅
I drink Barley Powder before my meal already ✅
I do drink also Choco Barley depending on my mood🥰
Health is Wealth✅

Kaya I’m always make sure to take care of Myself para MAs marami akong magagawang Responsibilidad at hindi tayo maging Pabigat sa iba💁♀️😇🙏

Oops 😬 I know may Magtatanong na naman kung Bakit my corn saka carrots ang Salad ko 😁😁😁
Yes mayron po at hindi ko Sina Suggest yan kainin specially if My My mga Health issue tayo at hindi rin suggested na gawing Rice alternative since mataas po sya sa Carb✌️✅
In my case naman ,My body can tolerate small amount of it and Alam nyo ba nasa 1tsp nga lng yan kasi nagagandahan lng akong tingnan na colorful ang kinakain ko😍😁
But again payong Kaibigan lng✌️
Huwag Gaya Gaya lng sa diet ng iba ✅
Kasi walang Öne Size fits All✅
Iba pa din na pag aralan ang Katawan or Health Status natin para akma din sa Diet na Gaawin natin😍✌️

The dough is made up of organic Coconut Flour as the main ingredients and with other seasoning na pasok din sa LowCarb😁✅
Then I just put some Beef pepperoni ,tomato paste and cheese 🧀 then put inside the Oven😍
Cravings Satisfied👌👌👌
Healthy ,Guilt free,Diabetic friendly and of course MaNaMitch😍😋
