I had a pointless argument with a customer earlier today (August 21) regarding a Filipiniana rental. She changed her rental schedule, but unfortunately, the new date she requested had already been reserved by another customer.
To make a long story short, nag-kutusanay na kami because I was already tired of repeatedly explaining the situation to her. She even called me “ka bastos bala simo,” despite the fact that I had already explained the situation to her several times. She then said, based on the attached photo, “INDI NA BALA BAG-O LABA, GIN PLANTSA MO LANG NA AMO NA NGA NAG-BAG-O TULUKON.” I felt offended by this comment because all the items we post on our page are freshly washed and carefully ironed twice, before and after every rental. I make sure everything is clean and presentable because I don’t want any issues with my customers.

Considering that my rental prices are already affordable and don’t even include the additional costs of detergent, water, and electricity that I personally spend, I felt that her comment was unfair and disrespectful. Because I was already frustrated by the situation, I admittedly responded to her in an insulting manner as well.
