"𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗕𝗼𝘁𝗵: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘀."

As from a family of farmers, I saw their hard work in traditional farming and since the world moves toward a sustainable future, the piece speaks to the farmers who are hesitant about the fast-moving tide of innovation. It acknowledges the importance of their experience and traditional methods while gently showing the benefits of embracing smart farming technologies. The artwork emphasizes that innovation doesn’t have to threaten their way of life—it can enhance it.

A robot that symbolizes technology is holding the crops harvested from smart farming. Natural elements such as trees, crops, and animals are seamlessly integrated with technology showing that smart farming innovations are not meant to replace nature but to work with it, as it enhances productivity while preserving the environment. Also, most of the colors are green and white, symbolizing the scientific approach of smart farming and its focus on sustainability and efficiency. The goal is to inspire confidence, showing that sustainable farming and cutting-edge technology can coexist, leading to a future where both the earth and farmers thrive.

I believe that as an ECE student, we should not just create technology that will harm the earth, but instead incorporate sustainable initiatives in the projects we are planning to build.
