Aminin natin hindi tayo kasing ganda at sexy ni jessy mendiola magbuntis. Nag gain talaga ako ng weight from 48kg bago magbuntis umabot ako ng 85kg pero ang liit ng baby sis taba ko talaga yan. 🤣

Ang hirap magdiet after manganak kasi kung hindi kakain mauutas ka naman kasi full time mommy ka ng 2 bata ang inaalagaan at iniintindi mo kaya ang hirap sis di mo alam kung tatanggapin mo nalang na tumaba ka na talaga. Kasabay ang pinipilit at kagustuhan mo mag breastfeed kaya lamon kung lamon sis kaso hindi talaga sya para sa akin. So nagtry tayo ng tressencial coffee after 3 months manganak. Two months ko na po sya tinatake 😍 kagandahan nya para sa akin na acidic kahit maka 3 coffee a day ako never talaga ako naduwal at sinikmura super nakahelp with collagen din sya sis pampablooming sobrang nakatulong talaga sya sa balik alindog ko at the same time healthy coffee sya di ka maguilty na masama sa health ang tinatake mo. 😘

And TAKE NOTE sis wala din po akong exercise itutulog ko nalang ang iexercise ko grabe ang puyat. 🤣 wala pa tayo sa target na timbang natin pero alam ko papunta na dun basta tuloy tuloy lang with tressencial coffee. 😘
