Job description

📍Records daily sales and expense of assigned branches.
📍Ensures that all expenses are supported with valid documents and attached to disbursement vouchers.
📍Verifies proper classifications of each transactions according to chart of accounts.
📍Submits monthly journal entries with matching source documents for Supervisor review.
📍Maintains and files vouchers with supporting receipts.
📍Prepares P&L reports per branch.
📍Reconciles petty cash and ensure branch expense compliance.
📍Coordinates with branch on PPS/SI issuance, expense liquidation, stocks and deposits.

Qualifications

📍BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
📍Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
📍Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
📍Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
📍Knowledge in different accounting tools is a plus.
📍Strong attention to detail, organized, and a team player.
