I heard a pastor preached that spiritual and physical must always be balanced in order for you to be physically fit because you are still in the flesh - that the body needs and to feed enough vitamins and nutrients. The Lord is so good to us that He always makes a way that he provided everything for us here on earth especially all the natural resources of His creation that the body needs to be restored. And He gave us authority over our lives and responsibilities to take care of our bodies and health because God already did His part to give us abundant life. Above all seek first and honor and worship God with all your heart, mind and soul and He will bless your food and water.
Always ask the Lord for spiritual wisdom and divine intervention through His Holy Spirit to live a healthy life because your body is His Holy temple and we are His saints. And Jesus Christ our Lord paid the price at the cross by shedding His Holy and precious blood for you and me. Not just for us to be forgiven and saved but to have an abundant life, and health, to prosper in every area of life, to be delivered, be healed and set free from all the captivity of the enemy because of sin. But because of Jesus' steadfast love for us. He died and overcame death for our sins and rose to life again to give us new life and new identity in Him and through Him akone. Hallelujah! Praise Father Jesus! 🙌 ☝️

To God be all the glory in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen! 😍🙏🏽 🙌
