Hi Gprinter GP-1324D Users. Are you affected by this pc error while printing? Don't worry, your Gprinter is not defective 🖨️

What happen?

There is an issue with March windows 10 update that affects some commands including printing with selected printers (included gp1324D).

What you need to do is to uninstall the latest windows update or restore the previous version of windows10.

Again, the reason of the error is with the windows 10 and not in gprinter. 😊
Don't worry with the condition of your Thermal Printer.

There will be another update in windows this April and we hope the bug or issue is already resolved.
