📊 62 products assigned today for product listing – titles, deals, photos, translations, size charts, everything.

Brand, language, deals, imports, edits… one big spreadsheet and a very long night ahead.

This is the side of ecommerce people don’t always see – hindi lang “add to cart” and cute ads. It’s a lot of detail work, systems, and patience behind the scenes.

If you’ve ever been curious what product listing / dropship VA work really looks like, well… welcome to my Saturday night. 😅

“Madali ba mag-VA sa dropship?” (Real Talk)
Lagi ko ‘to naririnig:
“Sis, madali lang ba maging VA sa dropshipping?”
“Chat chat lang ba ‘yan?”
“Pwede ba ‘to sa wala pang experience?”

Honest answer ko as a mom, furmom, wife, and dropship ecommerce store manager:

🔹 Hindi siya magic.
Hindi ito yung tipong enroll ka sa course then boom, 6-figures agad.

🔹 Hindi siya super dali.
May days na paulit-ulit, may days na sabay-sabay delayed ang parcels, galit ang customers, wala pang tulog, nag poopoo si Chocco 😅

🔹 Pero hindi rin siya imposibleng trabaho.
It’s a skill-based job na puwede mong aralin step-by-step.

Usually, ang ginagawa ng isang dropship VA / store manager:
✅ Check and update orders & tracking
✅ Message suppliers about stock, quotes, at issues
✅ Ayusin product pages (descriptions, sizes, translations)
✅ Sumagot sa customers about delays, refunds, questions
✅ Mag-update ng simple Google Sheets / reports

Kailangan mo ng:
– attention to detail
– basic comfort sa computer & browser
– marunong mag-explain nang maayos in English/Taglish
– patience & consistency
