DHC's E vitamins are extracted from soybeans. Contains active d-α-tocopherol DHC's unique technique makes absorption of vitamin E easier than absorption of vitamin E.

- Vitamin E should be taken with Vitamin C every time, because if you take only vitamin E alone, the body can not absorb it to use it. Or at least vitamin C will help to dissolve Vitamin E better. The body can absorb and should not take vitamin E for more than 3 months because vitamin E is a vitamin that can not be dissolved in water. But fat soluble vitamins.
