When you said you’d cook but ended up ordering again…🤦
You open the fridge…
stare…🧊🥶🚪
then close it like you just did something productive.
You Google “easy 15-minute recipes,” but somehow end up watching mukbangs and food vlogs for an hour.🔍📱🍜🎥
You whisper to yourself,
“Okay, tomorrow I’ll really cook,”
for the fifth time this week.🤞🫠🗓️
And before you know it,
there you are again —
on the couch, surrounded by takeout boxes, chopsticks, and fries you swore you wouldn’t order.🛋️🥡🍟
Tag yourself — which one are you?
I’m definitely the
“stares into the fridge like it owes me something” type. 👀🧊🤨

Honey. 🍯
Golden. Glossy. Glorious.
The kind of sweet that draws you in—effortlessly.
It heals, yes.
A drop on a wound. A spoon for the throat.
But even nature’s gold has its limits.
Too much honey?
It clings. Coats. Clouds judgment.
And in rare cases—becomes toxic.
Even fatal, when sourced from the wrong bloom.
Funny how some people are the same.
Dripping with charm,
sticky with compliments, 👏
sweet with every word…
until you realize it’s not nourishment, it’s entrapment.
They serve themselves as medicine—
But feed off your pain behind closed doors.
Whispers turn to wounds.
Sugar turns to sting.🐝🐝
So no, not all honey is harmless.
Not all sweetness sincere.
And not every “natural” comes without poison.
Read the ingredients.
Watch who’s pouring into your cup.🍵
Because sometimes,
what looks golden— 🌟
was just meant to trap the flies.🪰🪰🪰

2. Sauté garlic in butter until golden. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add tuna and spinach, stir for another minute until greens wilt.
4. Toss in cooked pasta + 2 tbsp pasta water. Mix well until coated.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
6. Optional: Top with cheese, lemon zest, or fresh herbs.

👩🍳 Healthy Tips:
Use whole wheat spaghetti for more fiber.
You can replace tuna with boiled egg slices, tofu cubes, or leftover chicken.
For a vegetarian version, skip the tuna and add more mushrooms or chickpeas.
