Facts: Not all perfumes are oil base some say it's oil base but definitely not.When you say oil base you cannot put it on a spray bottle due to the heavy concentration of the oil it should be on a roll on bottle or a pump container because 100% oil is used that's why some say their product is oil base and yet added only 15 to 40% of oil in it so it is NOT OIL BASE 🌹🌻🌷
Even luxury perfumes such as Burberry,Versace,Gucci,Tom Ford and many more are not oil base.Do not be deceive.
