Hi there, I'm Kiara and this is my Essential Oil journey.

I'm a mother to 3 amazing kids and a wife to a loving husband, Bern.

My eldest son was diagnosed with autism when he was just a year old - and since then a good night's SLEEP became a luxury for all of us. He's now 13 years old and everyday with him is a blessing.

Both my second and third kids are Symbicort rapihaler dependents (inhaler for asthmatic kids).
Needless to say, I've always been in the look out for what's best for the well- being of my family, considering the special needs of my eldest son and the healthy environment my other kids need.

I read about all kinds of dietary plans, checked all ingredients in every food that we prepare and steered clear of any toxin or harmful chemicals. I am willing to try anything that could help maintain a healthy, peaceful and loving home.

These lifestyle changes led me and my family to the path of natural health and wellness - and, ultimately, to the beautiful world of essential oils.
