1. The award will be given to the candidate who garners the highest total number of "Heart" and “Care” reacts.
2. Supporters of respective candidates can share the official page post to promote their candidate to friends and react to the picture until February 12, 2025, at 12 noon. They must also like/follow the pageant's page.
3. The use of multiplier apps for Facebook reacts or similar tools is strictly discouraged. A candidate will be disqualified from this award if any supporter or the candidate herself violates this rule.
4. This award is not included in the overall criteria of the pageant. Therefore, the result cannot be used as a basis for winning the title of HIYAS NG GUMALANG 2025.
