🛑 What’s Really Stopping You From Becoming a VA?
(An honest confession from someone who’s been there…)

For the longest time, I let my inner voice hold me back.
The voice that says:

“You’re not good enough.”
“You’re not ready.”
“What if you fail?”
It was so loud, it paralyzed me.
I did nothing.
Just repeated the same routine, expecting a different outcome.
But deep inside, I was tired… tired of myself, tired of waiting, tired of being stuck.

So one day, I finally said: Enough.

I stepped up.
I invested in myself — time, energy, even if I had little.
I acknowledged my flaws and failures instead of hiding behind excuses.
I stopped pretending I was “okay” and started learning from my mistakes.
And with each small lesson, came wisdom.

I began surrounding myself with people who encouraged me.
And I slowly cut ties with the people and habits that drained me — the toxic ones, the ones that didn’t support my growth.

Now?
I’m not yet at the finish line, kakaumpisa ko pa lang ulit, but I’m finally on the path I chose for myself.

“Kung baga sa kasabihan… malayo pa, pero malayo na.”

To those who feel stuck right now — I see you.
Your fear is valid. But so is your power.

Start where you are.
Start messy.
But please — start.

🌼 Tanan Butang Magkaugnay 🌼

Sa kalibutan sa gardening ug kinabuhi, naay usa ka truth nga dili nato dapat kalimtan: tanan butang magkaugnay.

Bisan pa og gamay ra kaayo ang zinnia, cosmos, ug marigold sa tanang tanom sa garden, naay dako kaayong papel nga ilang ginadala.
Gawas nga maka-nindot sila sa tan-awon, mutabang pud sila sa pag-pollinate sa mga gulay ug mo-tabang sa pagpugong sa peste. Di ba amazing?

Mura sila og mga true friends—naa lang permi sa imong palibot. Dili loud, pero present. Dili lang para sa aesthetics, pero mutabang gyud sa imong paglambo. They nurture your well-being, and sometimes, just like real friends, they give silent warnings kung dili na maayong imong ginabuhat.

Sa garden ug sa kinabuhi, importante nga naay support system, bisan pa og murag gamay lang sila sa atong panan-aw.
Kay kung i-mong tan-awon, win-win situation gyud siya:

✨ Makatabang sa uban
✨ Maka-inspire sa atong soul
✨ Maka-remind sa atong purpose

So the next time you look at your garden—or even your circle of people—ask yourself: Kinsa ang imong mga zinnia ug marigold? Kinsa ang gasuporta, bisan hilom ra?

Appreciate them. Nurture them. Kay silay hinungdan nga mas ning lambo ka sa kinabuhi... 🌻🌸🌿

“A Beta is not just a follower. A Beta is also a Leader.”

I’ve been reflecting on this for months, and ngayon ko lang talaga nailabas.

We often hear about Alpha personalities — the leaders, the initiators, the ones who take charge. But the truth is, no Alpha can stand strong without a Beta.
Because a true Beta is not just a backup.
A true Beta is a multi-role persona — supportive, yet capable of stepping up when needed.

Today was a perfect example.
Lately, I was assigned to host the orientation. The main speaker is Sir Gil.
Sir Gil hadn’t come online yet, and the session had already started.
I had two choices: wait... or take charge.

So I took the lead.
I hosted. I facilitated — imperfectly, yes — but I showed up.
I acted as an Alpha in that moment.

This experience only strengthened my belief:
A Beta is not “less.” A Beta is essential.
A Beta is both follower and leader.
Kaya niyang maging Alpha kapag kailangan.

And it was supported by the insight of Miss Roann in our previous heart-to-heart chat, during the time I doubted myself.
Also, sa strength nimo — reliable ka na person. Ikaw tong supporting role.
Kung sa TABLE pa — dili matindog ang table if walay tiil (imong support).
That’s how I see you as a person.

"Kulay ng lupa"

Sa panaginip na lang muna manganarap ang lahat, na ang buhay ay may matingkad na kulay.
Matutulog na muna, nanalangin bukas pagising masamang panaginip lang ang lahat.

Sa mga panahon ngayon ang kulay nang buhay ay black in white.
Mga plano sa buhay na pinagpaliban muna,
Mga galaw na limitado,
mga kilos parang de numero, mga hakba na planado.

Tulad nang putik magkaiba man ang kulay pero iisa ang pangangailangan,
Dilig nang mga butil na pag-asa galing sa kalangitan, para ang umaasa sa lupa ay mabubuhay.

Hanggang kailan itong pagtitis,
tuyong tuyong damdamin,
uhaw na uhaw sa kalayaang gumalaw.

Covid sana ikaw ay lumisan na,
dahil kailan man di ka niyaya.

Kailan kaya babalik sa nakasanayan,
Yan ang di natin alam.
Ang alam ko lang huwag mawalan nag pag-asa at lagi tayong titingala sa kalangitan, sa dinadalanging milagro sa madaling panahon ay makamit na... 🙏😔
