How to create a Good Habits

1.Write down your current habits so you become more aware of them.

2. Set a clear plan by deciding what habit you will do, when you will do it, and where you will do it.

3. Build new habits by connecting them to habits you already have.

4. Arrange your environment so good habits are easy to notice and remember.

2.1 Pair something you enjoy with something you need to do.

2.2 Surround yourself with people or groups where your desired habit is normal.

2.3 Do something enjoyable before starting a difficult habit to motivate yourself.

Make the habit easy to do.

Make the habit satisfying so you will want to repeat it.

F*ck your excuses.

No one cares that you skipped the party because you “weren’t feeling it.”
No one cares that you didn’t approach her.
She talked to the guy who did.

In 10 years, you won’t be grateful you avoided rejection.
You’ll regret that you avoided life.

There comes a point where you either say NO
to excuses,
to comfort,
to mediocrity

or you accept the default.

And the default is failure.
The default is loneliness.
The default is becoming a man no one respects, including yourself.

No one is coming to save you.
No one will care if you never decide.

So decide.

What kind of man are you going to be?

Attraction is exchange.
Kung wala kang ambag, wala kang karapatang mag-demand.

Kung gusto mo ng quality partner,
maging quality person ka muna.

The sun was sinking slowly, brushing the sky with shades of gold, orange, and quiet pink. It lingered at the edge of the world as if it wasn’t ready to leave, casting long shadows that softened everything it touched. For a moment, time felt suspended. The noise of the day faded, replaced by the gentle promise of rest.

A person stood watching, hands still, heart full. The sunset reminded them of all the days that had passed some bright, some heavy. Just like the sun, they had risen each morning carrying expectations, and just like the sun, they had faced moments when energy ran low. Yet the sunset was not an ending filled with loss; it was a reminder that even when light fades, beauty remains.

In real life, sunsets are quiet teachers. They tell us that endings are natural and necessary. A hard day, a failed plan, or a goodbye can feel like darkness approaching, but the sunset shows that closure can be gentle. It encourages us to pause, reflect, and accept that rest is part of growth.

As night finally arrived, stars began to appear small, steady lights in the dark. And so, the sunset whispered a truth we often forget: every ending prepares the sky for something new, and tomorrow, the sun will rise again.

“Most fears are imagined. Most limits are self-made.”

A person once stood at the edge of a bridge, afraid to cross it.
They imagined the bridge collapsing, the wind knocking them over, the worst possible outcome.
But when they finally took a step forward, they realized something important—the bridge was stable.
The danger existed only in their mind.

Life works the same way.

We fear failure before it happens.
We doubt ourselves before we even try.
We create stories in our heads about rejection, embarrassment, or not being “good enough.”
Those stories feel real—but they are not facts.

Most of the limits we believe in were never placed by the world.
They were built by fear, past mistakes, and other people’s opinions.

The moment you take action, fear loses its power.
Not because life becomes easy—but because you finally see what’s real and what was imagined.

Growth begins when you question your fear instead of obeying it.
