From Mom to Makeup Artist: My Golden Journey

They say every glow-up starts with a story, and mine started right at home — juggling diaper changes, nap schedules, and a quiet dream I never let go of.

Being a stay-at-home mom, I poured my heart into my family. But somewhere between the everyday routines, a passion for makeup artistry kept calling me. So I said yes to myself, too.

I enrolled in training, determined to learn not just the basics, but techniques that would set me apart — Vietnamese, Thai, and Korean makeup artistry, taught by my incredible mentors, Ms. Mira Garcia & Ms. Naece. Every session was a lesson not just in blending and contouring, but in patience, precision, and believing in my own hands.

Weeks of practice, late nights studying techniques, and countless brush strokes later — I earned not one, but two certificates. Two proofs that it’s never too late to chase a dream, even while raising a little one.

Today, I’m proud to carry that journey into Golden Beauties by Goldwyne — where every face I touch reflects the passion, prayers, and perseverance that got me here.
