How to get rid of lower belly pooch (puson area):
Don't eat:
1. Sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks.
2. Cut back of simple carbohydrates (white rice, bread, pastries, pasta, crackers).
3. Cut back on high sodium / salty food (canned goods, chips, processed meat).

Eat:
