☘️ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻-𝗨𝗽 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲

The 4-H Club GSU–Baterna Chapter is honored and grateful to have been invited to participate in the OSDS Community Extension Program: Mangrove Planting and Coastal Clean-Up Drive held on June 20, 2026, at San Roque, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras.

"𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙮 𝘿𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜."

As an organization committed to developing responsible, service-oriented, and environmentally conscious youth, we proudly joined this meaningful initiative in support of environmental conservation and sustainable community development. Through mangrove planting and coastal clean-up activities, our members actively contributed to protecting and preserving our coastal ecosystems for future generations.

After being officially approved as a beneficiary, the 4H Club GSU- Baterna Chapter is proud to be part of the 𝘎𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢 𝘉𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯 (𝘎𝘚𝘉) 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮, in line with the High Value Crops Development Program (HVCDP).

On May 18, 2026, our club successfully received essential agricultural tools and production inputs at the ROS.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐏𝐎𝐀𝐒) 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 for providing these resources, and we also thank our 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 for their continued guidance as we eagerly prepare to use these tools to advance student-led agriculture on our campus!

It’s National 4-H Club Week in the Philippines! 🇵🇭🍀

A celebration anchored on Proclamation Order No. 196 s. 1967, which declares every second week of May as a tribute to the dedication, passion, and service of the 4-H Club youth. This week, we honor the young leaders who continue to shape communities through agriculture, entrepreneurship, and meaningful service.

As we join the celebration, we are reminded of the strength of youth who choose to lead, serve, and grow with purpose. Let us continue to support and uplift the 4-H spirit in every way we can—may it be through volunteering, sharing stories of impact, or simply wearing green in solidarity. 🍀💚

Guided by the 4-H slogan, “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠,” Inspired by the motto, “𝐓𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫,”

☘️ We do not only learn by doing, but we also strive to make the best even better by encouraging the youth and sharing ideas on how they can become part of 4-H.Through the essence of the 4-H pillars — Head, Heart, Hands, and Health — we continue to inspire young people to become responsible leaders, active community members, and empowered individuals for a better future.

☘️ We are honored and deeply grateful to have contributed to the establishment of the 4-H Club in San Pedro, Buenavista, Guimaras. Through this initiative, we were able to inspire and encourage the youth to actively participate in leadership, community involvement, and agricultural development while promoting the values embodied in the 4-H pillars — Head, Heart, Hands, and Health.

As the saying goes, ‘𝗣𝗮𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺, 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗶𝗻.’

Our school based agro-volunteer journey shows this in action. From planting tiny seeds to harvesting fresh pechay, every step was filled with hard work, patience, and joy. Together with our dedicated student volunteers, we not only nurtured the plants but also shared and enjoyed the fruits of our labor.
