Experience exclusive sensory workshop and barista foundation with 4 hours each of session at Beans & Bites - Iligan’s Neighborhood Slow Bar , hosted by Kim Co from Satori.

Led by Kim Co Daluz , the session focuses on refining sensory awareness and palate calibration through structured aroma recognition, flavor mapping and standardized cupping methodology. You will explore the foundations of coffee sensory science while learning to identify and differentiate acidity, sweetness, body, all while developing a shared and precise language for aroma and flavor categories.

Using Le Nez du Cafe and SCA cupping protocols, this workshop builds objective perception, scoring alignment, and professional evaluation skills. Each exercise is intentionally designed to sharpen sensory memory, improve accuracy, and strengthen confidence in assessing coffee quality.

For Barista Foundation that is designed to build a strong, well rounded foundation, covering everything from dialing in espresso with preciion to understanding essential cafe workflows. It offers a structured awareness behind the bar.

Bukidnon Coffee Festival

Eight years of coffee, community, bikes, and the people who made this place feel like home. As always, we are celebrating our 8th anniversary with the only annual alleycat race in town 🚴

Our little shindig is happening alongside Gama and our local community of creatives. We want our lucky 8th year to be a celebration of friendships and communities that have grown together through coffee, cycling, and art. This race won't be possible without them.

Here's what to expect for Cafe Cat 2026:

- a mini bazaar featuring local arts and crafts
- and possibly our biggest grand prize yet 🤫

The Buenas Vibras Brew Down Competition, held in celebration of Calle 85 Coffee House’s 4th Anniversary, brought together brewers from across Mindanao, highlighting skill, discipline, and a shared passion for coffee. With 33 participants representing different cities, the event reflected the strength and unity of the growing coffee community—where excellence is celebrated and connections are brewed beyond the cup.
