If you have a bad attitude, Change it. Stop saying
someone will love me for who lam. Your unwillingness to improve is hurting and pushing away every person who are trying hard to stay.

Being an emotionally intelligent person means you can never fully hate someone because you understand there's a reason why they are the way they are.

i've been surviving for so long, i almost forgot what living feels like.

They’re week but because they know how strong they can be, marami na silanb pinag daanang gulo sigawan banggaan ng Ego they’ve see what happens when anger takes over, alam nila when they lose control people get hurt relationships breakwords cut deep that’s why now they choose peace over chaos, kung tutuosin kaya nilanb makipag sagutan kaya nilang mag labas ng lahat ng sakit at init ng ulo but they dont kasi they’ve learned that not every fight is worth it not every argument deserves your energy and not every battle need go be won, dilikado sila kasi alam nila yung kakayahan nila but what makes them truly powerful is their choice to walk away strength is not about how loud you can shout it’s about how much control you have over your self and i hope you learn from that kasi minsan the real victory is in silence the real strength is in self control🤍

It's unfair, right? They push you to your limits, provoke you until you're hurt and angry, and the moment you finally react, they act like you're the problem. Suddenly, you're the toxic one. You're the overreacting one. But when they do something wrong, it's always excused. You're not allowed to feel. You're not allowed to be upset.
Your emotions are constantly invalidated. And somehow, you're always left questioning yourself as if feeling deeply is a crime.

ang purpose ng "panliligaw" is to make the girl fall inlove. stop asking kung meron kang chance, kasi kung sasabihin nyang "wala" titigil kana? kahit walang assurance you should take the risk. pursue her and make her fall inlove kahit walang assurance, kasi you can win her. just prove to her na kaya mong mag hintay kahit walang kasiguraduhan because that's what a real man can do

I've spoiled too many
unworthy people with my time and attention and made them priorities in my life when they barely deserved it. I no longer cross oceans for people who wouldn't even jump over a puddle for me.
It's not worth it. Especially when there's people out there who would gladly hold my hand and cross the ocean with me.

No offense. Marami dito naghahanap ng emotionally intelligent men. Yung may tolerance, understanding, sympathy, empathy. Pero kaya nyo ihandle?
Emotionally intelligent men ay mga strong minded men. I-ca-call out kayo pag may ginawa kayong di maganda, nag se-set no boundaries at di natatakot umalis pag wala na syang peace at mag cu-cut off ng tao yan kasi alam nya ang kanyang worth.
