We want to be clear about how our compensation works.
>> Salon work is not a fixed-income, office-style setup where everyone earns exactly the same amount every month.

💵 Starting compensation:
₱505/day + commissions

💯 100% of your tips are yours.
• 💇 Commissions on services rendered
• 🛍️ Applicable sales commissions
• 💰 100% of your tips

Your total monthly earnings can vary depending on factors such as:

🔹 Your technical skills and range of services
🔹 Number of clients you can handle
🔹 Ability to build and maintain clientele
🔹 Productivity and performance
🔹 Client service and retention
🔹 Appropriate upselling and service recommendations
🔹 Attendance and reliability
🔹 Willingness to take available work
🔹 Additional skills that allow you to serve more types of clients

The more skills you have and the more value you can bring, the more opportunities you have to earn.

You don't have to be an all-around professional. Having a strong specialty is important.

However, additional skills in hair, makeup, lashes, brows, facials, nails, or other beauty services can give you more opportunities to serve clients and increase your earning potential.

This is based on our actual employee payroll experience, not an invented salary range.
