In line with the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 001-2024, the Kalinisan Program aims to raise public awareness and participation in environmental responsibilities through proper waste management, to encourage LGUs to invest in related programs and projects, and to set up a recognition system for the cleanest LGU.
For weeks 18 to 21 for CY 2026, covering May 3 to 30, 2026 the Barangays of the Municipality of Lambunao, Province of Iloilo done their part in keeping their surroundings clean and disposing of the wastes accordingly
